Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product does not suit you, you can return it in accordance with the following conditions and the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic and the European Union.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The deadline is met if you send us your notice of withdrawal no later than on the last day of this period.

How to return goods

Inform us of your withdrawal by e-mail at eu.msonya@gmail.com. Please state your order number and the items you wish to return.
Pack the goods so that they are not damaged during transport.
Send them to: Oštepová 1517/2, 040 01 Košice, Slovakia.

Condition of returned goods

The goods must be undamaged, unused, clean and, if possible, in their original packaging. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning the goods (return postage) is borne by the buyer. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Refund

We will refund your money no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them. We refund using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.

Complaints and warranty

The goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months. If a defect appears, please contact us at eu.msonya@gmail.com. We will handle your complaint in accordance with the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act of the Slovak Republic within 30 days at the latest.
