Exchange and returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product is not suitable, you can return it according to the following conditions.

Right to return within 14 days

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

How to proceed

Email us at eu.msonya@gmail.com and include your order number.
Pack the goods to prevent damage during transport.
Send it to the address: Oštepová 1517/2, 040 01 Košice.

Condition of returned goods

The goods must be unused, undamaged, clean, and, if possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return costs

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We do not accept goods sent cash on delivery.

Refunds

We will refund your money no later than 14 days from the delivery of the notice of withdrawal from the contract, using the same method you used for payment. We may withhold payment until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Exchange of goods

If the size or color is not suitable, please contact us — we will be happy to help you exchange it for another product.

Complaints and Warranty

The goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months. If there is a defect in the goods, please contact us at eu.msonya@gmail.com. We will process your complaint within 30 days at the latest.
