Order and payment
How do I order goods from you?
Select a product, add it to your cart, and complete your order according to the instructions. After submission, you will receive a confirmation with further information via email.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by card online via the secure Stripe payment gateway, by bank transfer, or by paying a deposit of €20 with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
Why is a deposit of €20 required?
Most of our goods are prepared individually, so we will process your order after a deposit of €20 or the full amount has been paid in advance. This allows us to prepare and dispatch the goods without delay.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
The standard delivery time is approximately 10 business days from order confirmation. As we prepare goods with an emphasis on quality, we thank you for your patience. For international shipments, the delivery time may be longer.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders of €80 or more, shipping within Slovakia is free. For orders under €80, the shipping cost is €4.60. International delivery costs between €14 and €27, depending on the country.
Who is delivering my order?
We cooperate with shipping services Slovenská pošta (Slovak Post). We also deliver abroad.
Size selection
How do I choose the right size?
For each product, you choose the type of cot you need the item for. We offer variants: Standard (60 × 120 cm), Standard / Oval (60 × 120 and 70 × 120 cm), Round cot (70 × 70 cm), Oval, and For children from 3 years (80 × 160, 80 × 190 or 90 × 200 cm). Just measure the mattress in your cot and select the corresponding variant. If you are not sure, write to us – we will be happy to advise you.
Materials and care
What materials are your products made of?
We use only verified and certified materials – natural cotton, linen, muslin, poplin, satin, and hypoallergenic ecotton. All fabrics comply with the international Oeko-Tex 100 standard.
Are the sets suitable for the youngest children?
Yes. Our products are made with an emphasis on safety and gentleness for the most sensitive baby skin. We use safe fastenings and each product undergoes a manual inspection before packaging.
Which material is most suitable?
Every material has its advantages: muslin and poplin are light and breathable, ideal for summer; flannel is warm and suitable for colder weather; linen is comfortable all year round. We will be happy to advise you according to your needs.
How should I wash bed linen?
Wash according to the instructions on the product label, generally on a gentle cycle at temperatures up to 40°C. Do not use bleach or chlorine. Dry flat away from direct sunlight. Gentle washing will help the product maintain the quality of its fabric, colors, and embroidery.
How often should I change bedding in a baby's crib?
In general, it is recommended to change it approximately every 1–2 weeks, or more often as needed.
Returns and Complaints
Can I return the item?
Yes, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason. The goods must be unused and undamaged.
How to proceed with a return?
Write to us at eu.msonya@gmail.com, state your order number, and send the goods to the following address: Oštepová 1517/2, 040 01 Košice. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
